"Everything was terrible"

"I'm going to preface this by saying that I've worked in hospitality for 16 years and am extremely lenient and understanding. This is probably the first 1 star review I've ever given. I booked a room for 4 nights through expedia. We arrived relatively late and tired after driving all day, so didn't get a great look at the room before passing out. The next morning, we noticed that everything in there was gross and sticky. It took looking at the bottom of my son's feet, who had been walking around...

"Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in awhile. Crispy bacon , eggs, biscuits , gravy , oj and get this … they make the waffles for you and it is not the batter with water … it is batter with eggs and butter !"

"Fire $100 a night I expected a more. The fridge didn't work, there was a huge hair ball in the tub they prevented it from draining. You could hear everything outside."
