"No breakfast provided. Went to do laundry, got quarters from the front desk. She called the manager to see if the wash/dryer worked in which he said yes. Took quarters up stairs to buy detergent, it was empty.
Front desk provided detergent. Put laundry in, put detergent in only to find out the washer didn't work.
Royal PITA, now I have clothes cover in detergent and have to find a laundry mat.
Staff working was helpful and apologetic.
I stay in Springfield quite often and there are better options for the same money.
Also, no elevator, stairs only. "
