"Parking was plentiful right outside front door. Hotel is on Commercial St in Springfield,Mo.
Commercial St seemed to have a many dining options along with a plethora of coffee houses.
Unfortunately I stayed at hotel on a Monday and Tuesday night most of the businesses on Commercial St are open Tuesday-Sunday so there are not a lot of options on a Monday evening
The actual room I stayed in was quite large with tall ceilings and (2) skylights and was very comfortable. Pour thru coffee maker was in room for that morning coffee but with only enough coffee for (2) cups. I stayed at hotel late March weather was cool it seemed like there was only a window AC unit and a portable heater in room and and because room was large with tall ceilings I am not sure how comfortable it would be during winter and/or middle of summer.
Room was very affordable and interior of room was slightly themed with different areas of world

"Things we enjoyed were the pool the location some things we did not enjoy were the beds were uncomfortable our mattress was dipped in almost and the air conditioner did not work that good and right inside the air conditioner was what looked like a bunch of mouse droppings and tons of dirt right there where we could see it so I didn't have to look for it. The pool however was the best we spent most of our time there."

"I liked that the hotel was clean but I was disappointed that there was no one at the counter. You had to ring a bell for someone to help you. The food choices for breakfast was disappointing. The pool area was really dark. They could use more lighting."
