"The Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond their duties to assist us. We had cell phone issues and Chiquita, Susie, Lily and another woman ( whose name escapes me) this morning at about 6:30AM were so kind arranging Uber rides for us. Chiquita also helped us with plans to visit Rottnest Island."

"The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. "Kitchen utilities so you could cook yourself. Coffee machine in the lobby, free apples. Red cat is just stone throw away to the city, Watertown is a block away that you definitely want to visit, and there is the yellowcat. Only thing they could improve is to offer late check out."

"A large portion of this hotel's business seems to be fly in fly out workers and as such they get priority. We were told to turn down our television at 8 pm when it wasn't overly loud. We didn't know there were FIFO workers sleeping next door. As mentioned in other reviews the sound proofing in the rooms is poor. At 1.50 am I was awakened by the alarm in the room next door. For the next 40 minutes this person showered and got ready for work. I went and asked the night manager to speak to them...
