"The rooms were hot and so was the fridges but by the second day fridge in one room had frozen over. Bathtubs didn’t have plugs, and the toilet in my mom’s room wobbled. When I asked housekeeping if I could just give them my trash they made a face and didn’t answer me so I made sure to put it in their big bag myself. Only one ice machine was working for the entire building. Had to go all the down to the first floor for ice everytime"

"Here's the deal. We drove from Phx, AZ to Lubbock, TX for a family emergency. We didn't need anything fancy, the pics of the website are so deceiving. The beds look just like that but the other pictures must be from a completely different hotel. The floor is nasty, do not walk bare feet. The walls are nasty & very dirty. The bathroom was nasty too, black ring around the toilet, the shower was yellowish like it hasn't been clean. I went to buy products to clean it because I needed to...

"Clean room but skimpy on the thin towels."

"We switched rooms at least 3 times and by the 3rd room I gave up. The outlets were sketchy, the microwave looked like someone was cooking something other than food amd the roaches were horrible. There was nasty unmentionables all over the chairs amd the floors. Housekeeping was nearly nonexistent. Oh yeah and the AC didnt work very well."
