"The host was amazing. He was so communicative, safe and welcoming. I believe sometimes when visiting a new city there are worries and fears but the host went out of their way to give amazing recommendations, amazing help and was responsive to whatever we needed. We had forgotten my headphones in the hotel and he texted us immediately, held on to them and was available after midnight to pick them up after checking out, it meant so much to us. "No breakfast or dinning facilities, no guest lounge. Impossible to control temperature in shower. New hotel but already items falling apart. Must be one of the slowest lifts in any hotel. Price to high for facilities offered"

"The hotel is a short walk from the bus station but quite a long walk into the main tourist areas. However a taxi was less than €5 and we didn’t have much time there so was well worth it. The staff were helpful and the complimentary breakfast was nice - not much there for vegans but fine for others. The hotel bar was nice and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Would stay again."
