"First time traveling to Washington with my family and staying in this hotel. When I checked in, the female employee's unkindness and discrimination made my experience in Washington worse. I asked for a parking lot, and she replied very unkindly that there was no parking. Then she asked me to tell her where to park my car because I parked it in front of the hotel, but she answered very unkindly and curtly. Then when Mae parked her car in the hotel parking space again, she answered us with very unkind words and actions, saying, "Why did you park there, check-in first, put your car in." My experience in Washington was the worst. She didn't have a hotel.."

"We enjoyed our stay. Great location! We were able to walk from hotel to several key spots. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate with comfy bed. It was definitely a micro hotel with small room, but do/able. Nice shower. Price reasonable for this time of year and location "

"Historical property. Our room was showing age and lack of maintenance. There were pits in the bathroom floor. A wall unit was partially falling out from the wall—not sure what it was. Staff was exceptional, always giving 100 percent to serve the guest. Good location for walking to almost all sites. "

"The room was clean with the exception of the floors, which would leave your feet pretty covered in dust. I do feel like the housekeeper tried their best. The deluxe rooms were very basic and I still don’t understand what the upgrade was that we paid for was. There is absolutely no room service in the hotel. I was quite surprised by that. The breakfast buffet was overpriced, but had the basics. The advertisement for the hotel gave me the impression that it was on the water, but it absolutely is not. You have to cross a highway to get to the water. Additionally they advertise a food court below the hotel, but don’t be fooled, it is reminiscent of something from the USSR, stark and depressing. If you think 1990s Holiday Inn, you will get the overall feel for this hotel. Surprising for a Hilton, but priced as such, I suppose. "
