"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our oceanfront room with kitchen. We had a view of the ocean from the front and from the side. The living area was spacious and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The appliances were Samsung and they were accessible with my Samsung smartphone. I never expected that. The technician that took care of our technical needs was very personable and responded promptly. It was cold and windy outside, but we enjoyed staying in our room, all warm and toasty. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The balcony was incredible except when other occupants were smoking cigarettes and pot. When the air conditioner turned on all you smelled was pot in the room. Maybe ok for some or most but I was not happy. There is a reason no smoking signs are present but majority don’t follow. Very upsetting we couldn’t enjoy the balcony no matter what time of day."

"There is no one working the front desk at night .. and no info about contacting security if needed. We had drunk neighbors above us playing loud music .. arguing .. fighting .. throwing things around .. threatening each other and tossing cigarettes down to our parking area/car. No sleep. In addition popr lighting in room snd only 1 of 2 bedside lamps worked. The other flickered."

"I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. We came in the slow season so the noise level in the room wasn't bad, but if it had been busy, I think I would have been disappointed. The rooms didn't seem insulated from sounds, like chairs scooting above us, and people talking. If I stayed again, I would ask to be on the 10th level, no one over us."
