"They changed our room on the second day. They took us to a very bad room, air conditioner water was constantly dripping. There was no cleaning and towels were not changed. I will not choose again"

"Relaxing place to stay. Good food, friendly staff. Had a good stay but 2 main issues, there is chaos in terms of parked cars & please could they address the “reserving sunbeds” as it seems to start at 6am and a quite crowded beach becomes impassable"

"Where to begin?? We stayed for 3 nights. The view was beyond amazing. We had the Elegance Suite Sea View and it was beyond our expectations. The quality and design of the property is amazing. The grounds are kept impeccably. The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The beach was lovely. Well kept. The buffet was very good! Great selection of Greek dishes and continental food. We highly recommend!! "

"More like a 4 star hotel. Welcome was nice and initially rooms looked nice. However, shower door kept falling off half way through stay. Had to keep asking for complimentary bottled water - should be enough given everyday. Was told had to ask for it before 5pm otherwise you pay. Wide variety of food at buffet, but got monotonous after a few days - recommend eating at local tavernas. The waitresses were very quick to clear plates to the point they'd remove plates you hadn't finished eating. ...
