"Hotel was a great stay overall. Upon initial arrival, the hotel was a bit hard to find (look for “Hotel 41” sign) and it stated there was parking at available but it was full. We parked at the parking garage by Aldis and it was 20 euros for 24 hours. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. The old town of Heidelberg was beautiful. Overall, very pleasant stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were in the "Elizabeth" room and it was so beautiful. High ceilings with large windows into the courtyard, and lots of old style charm we thoroughly enjoyed (a real novelty for north americans). The location is fantastic being close to the Altstadt (old town) and walking distance to Schloss Heidelberg.
There didn't appear to be staff or reception of any kind on site, but to be honest, we didn't need them. The communication was proactive...
