"The place is, great the rate can’t be beat ,not with this quality of hotel …great bedroom, housekeeping, the bedding, the sheets, the pillows, besides that ,they have a shuttle that takes from and to the airport for free,, the service and the front desk is wonderful the location right next to the airport if you wanna make a quick in and out to Chicago, I really recommend it, it’s beautifully designed the architecture the property and the rooms. They have a nice restaurant that’s relaxed and good service and they have this small coffee bar right at the entrance in the lobby with this wonderful girl that takes care of it and is very helpful and warm. The coffee is great and the muffins another things. To eat too. If you’re in the run, they have these breakfast croissants that you can just like grab and go. One thing, I’ve gotten used to every hotel I stay in has a security box in the room. This one doesn’t ,they provide you with one downstairs,, so they cover that well just ask at the reception desk, but it’s kind of strange having to go there like if it were a bank to deposit cash or your passport, computer and stuff that you rather not carry around and not leave in the room Since probably the policy is they’re not responsible for your stuff. They have a great coffee machine In the room Keurig but the pods aren’t that good. Otherwise; I highly recommend it!!!"
