"Habitué de séjourner dans cet excellent hôtel, j'ai été très étonné de ne pas bénéficier comme toujours du parking gratuit de l'hôtel compris avec ma nuitée !!!
Selon l'hôtel, il n'était pas noté par EXPEDIA que je bénéficie de cet avantage
Heureusement que le personnel de la réception est compréhensif et à l'écoute des demandes des clients !"

"The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size and I really enjoyed the quirky decor, the bed is amazingly comfortable and HUGE. There isn’t much in the local area immediately outside of the hotel, but the tram / metro is very close plus it’s 15-20 minutes to Grand Place by foot anyway.
The only downside, and it is a big downside, is that it’s very noisy. Perhaps this is just if you’ve got a room on the front of the hotel like we did.
