"I honestly have absolutely nothing good to say about this place and I am originally from Devils Lake. We came back for graduation and my sister reserved a room here also for the night. They could see her reservation through her confirmation number, but did not reserve a room for her and her 2 daughters. My sister was now without a room as the worker said they were booked with nothing available. I then checked in to see if the same issue was going to happen to us. We booked a room with 2 queens, went up to the room and he had put us into a single. That was not going to work for 3 adults. We went back down to let him know he gave us the wrong keys and upon telling him this information, he said there was nothing he could do as they were all booked. My husband insisted that if there was a room that had not been checked into yet, to switch us. The room the worker switched us into was dirty and the toilet wouldn’t flush. My sister was able to get a room out at Woodland Resort and so did we. The price out at Woodland Resort was also $30 cheaper! Do not stay here it’s absolutely disgusting!"
