"From the moment I walked in to the front desk until the time I checked out All the staff from front desk to casino and restaurant was a very pleasant experience And the room was extremely clean and very functional from quite air conditioning to the most comfortable bed ever Would highly recommend anyone staying here"

"The rooms were very spacious and clean. We stayed in both a lower level unit with a door to the parking lot and a balcony room, and both were above our expectations. The food onsite is great too!"

"This hotel was clean and centrally located so that you could walk to restaurants and shops in Keystone (which is a bit kitschy) as well as easy to get to Mount Rushmore and other Black Hills locations. The staff was super helpful, greeted us with Mount Rushmore buttons since it was our first time in the area and offered us fresh baked cookies. We used the laundry facilities, which were clean and well maintained. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub - what I didn’t love is that our room overlooked it and it’s completely open, not contained within a separate room so we were immediately hit with the moisture and smell of chlorine from the pool when we left our room. Breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy."
