"Entrance a bit drab but our room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was very nice. Lots of towels. Two pillows per person. Bed comfort was good. No balcony in our suite. Very good location. Near subway, Gregory’s Jazz club( fantastic and not expensive) Short walk to shopping and easy walk to Trevi fountain. Would recommend it:)"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pacific Roma. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food, fresh fruits, and desserts. Although the hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel, I would personally give it 5 stars based on our experience. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance of the Vatican and several other attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel was beautiful! We got to check in two hours early as room 15 was available to us. The room was large by European standards and the view was incredible. We had a terrace and a little French balcony. The linens were all wonderful. We stayed right above the Spanish steps and down below were many cafés and restaurants at our disposal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal. We have been to many included breakfast, but this one topped them all. There were delicious pastries of every kind eggs, bacon, and sausage. The restaurant staff was very nice and very accommodating to us as we had an early morning flight and they allowed us to come in a little bit early to grab some breakfast to go. If you’re thinking of going to Rome, this is a wonderful place and we would highly encourage you to make a reservation."

"Room was absolutely stunning, we had the presidential suite and it was so clean and beautiful views and the staff was so friendly and helpful with taxis or anything we needed! The roof top restaurant was amazing and view was beautiful, the only thing was the other authentic Italian restaurant in the hotel was not good food or service wise at all but still a 5/5 hotel"
