"This is one of the older Residence Inns, the room had old furniture, very dramb walls, no photos; the toilet bowl color was fading; the kitchen had old appliances; no ice containers; The heating/cooling system (HVAC) was not working correctly. The front desk sent the engineer to check the system. His response, the system was not working correctly because the return air duct for that room was too small for the unit and it would take hours to warm the room. He placed the thermostat on 75 degrees and left, the temperature never rose above 72 degrees, the temp outside 50 degrees, we used the oven to take the chill off the room. I reported the issue to the front desk again on the day we checked out. I will not stay at this Residence Inn again"

"Breakfast was not that good. I think the Scambled eggs were made from powder and were cold. Hard boiled eggs could not be peeled. Chicken sausage was ok. There was fruits, muffins bagals and waffles that looked ok. "

"Property was beautifully appointed and friendly staff. However it was hard and frustrating to find a staff member for breakfast service on both mornings when we stayed . Also we had gone out to pool area and no staff members were managing the area so we had to look for towels . We wished there were more fitness offerings / group exercise classes during the week ."

"They had 3 weddings and ran out of valet parking. Other than that all was fine."

"It is a great location, and we have had some great stays, but this time we were adjacent to a sprinkler room off an outside hallway, there was banging sound all night "

"They cancelled our room on us with out notification and rebooked it. We needed to find a new hotel."
