"Staff at night was friendly and helpful. Daytime folks were effective but less charming. Parking was reasonable. The stench of weed in the stairwell was obtrusive, but I guess that's what we're supposed to expect nowadays? The water pressure in the shower was waxing and waning. Maybe that was related to the number of people there--it was full. The Mexican place attached to the hotel is excellent. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again."

"The first room had a stain on the sheet and food debris on the floor. Same with the 2nd. The 3rd room had bugs. I have pictures if anyone would like. I left. They are saying they need to do an investigation to refund me. Meanwhile, the manager and front desk were the ones who changed the rooms for me. I don't understand how/if they passed health inspection."

"The shower faucet was not working well and you cannot control the temperature of the room. The only thing you can do for the temperature is to turn off the thermostat. The parking however was the worst offense seeing as we’re already paying for the room we should be able to get free parking. Parking was unnecessarily $15 a night and WiFi was not free either."

"Breakfast was Cheerios bread coffee. Anything else was for purchase. The staff were nice and the rooms were surprisingly upscale."

"Roaches in room online it said it had breakfast and they don't service breakfast at all I got a Non-Smoking room and it smelled like cigarette in room and trash under the bed never going back wish I called get my money back "

"When entering I noticed that our room had very dim lights and we usually like to scoop out the room for anything we don’t like. When checking underneath and behind the bed we saw lots of dead bed bugs and cockroaches. We had to immediately leave as personally we don’t like to sleep nor leave our items to get infested with it."

"My family stayed in the one bedroom, double bed. The living room was in a separate space, with a pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was more comfortable than the double bed mattresses. The staff was friendly. The ice was available downstairs with the staff. Kitchen included microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pot, pan, utensils, dishes, stove top. Dishwasher. No oven. The bathroom was spacious and closet space was spacious. We didn't like that the parking fee was $30 per night, which...

"We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?"
