"The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was delicious! For some reason, many of the places we stayed (including this one) did not provide conditioner. Not a huge deal, but thought I’d note for future guests. It is a cute small town and convenient to hiking destinations. Also note there is not central air and the windows do not open more than a few inches, so on hot days, the room gets very stuffy. Not the fault of the hotel, though!"

"Need to put more staff on at 3 when a lot of people are checking in. The young guy on reception yesterday was amazing and a credit to the hotel but the poor guy really could have done with managerial support to check people in quicker"

"The room was clean, comfy bed and good shower. The place in general looked a bit run down. The cooked breakfast was terrible with fatty bacon and sausages with hard skins. The continental breakfast lacked in variety. The staff were very attentive."
