"I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights. Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question. Prices...

"The place is very spacious, comfy and stylish with thoughtful design accents and in a really pretty area with a park and lake nearby. It would have been nice to have a few basic supplies available such as coffee, snacks and clothes washing detergent. Although it’s a little further out, it’s quite convenient and quick to get to Potsdam centre by tram. It’s about 10-15mins to walk to cafes and shops in the Dutch quarter. It was advertised as having parking and air conditioning but this was not...

Overall wonderful place, well above the 3 stars it has. I didn’t give full marks as there were some bits that can be fixed easily. Mainly in the bathroom the shower washer needs changing as it sprays from the side, I think someone needs to look at the rims inside the toilet bowl because I noticed a lot of dirt, mirror has a slight chip on the top left hand side and there were some old gummy bears from previous occupants under the sofa. Comfort of the room was great and I really enjoyed my stay...

A wonderful hotel and a great find. I'll stay here again. The hotel was big, clean, modern and had all the amenities I needed. I arrived stressed and left relaxed. The spa was superb - one of the best I've stayed in. The food and breakfast was superb. Room was nice and clean. I was able to charge my car, for a price. OK, there were several things I had to pay for on top, but this didn't spoil my stay. Note to Hotel Manager - your front desk team were efficient, but a few smiles (not as extreme...
