"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside.
There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"Breakfast wasnt the best, €25 was quite expensive.
Pedro who checked us in wasnt very polite, everything was a problem.
We had had a cancelled flight and had to travel from manchester to luton early hours so could have done without his dosmissive attitude"

"Cleanliness and overall condition of property was not great if you are use to USA Disney properties. Room was old, chipped and worn surfaces, safe did not work, bathtub drain did not work. The value was not worthy of Disney name or cost."

"Clean room.
Helpful staff
Good base and for travelling through.
Got a deal so good value.
Strange that room had kitchen but no glasses or cutlery.
Pillows were too soft."

"This hotel was perfect for our visits to the Disney parks in Paris. It is ideally placed a 10 minute walk from the entrances. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. We had a wonderful time."
