"stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel has a contemporary industrial‑chic vibe with stylish décor, and check-in was effortless—I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member, given an early check-in, and even received a room upgrade as a VIP through Expedia. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. In addition to the minibar, the room had tea and coffee facilities, a small wardrobe, a safe, a desk, and a large-screen TV, making it very convenient for both relaxation and work. The minibar was a thoughtful touch, stocked with soft drinks, local beers, and water, all complimentary. I didn’t have breakfast, but I did enjoy a well-priced, delicious dinner at the hotel. The staff throughout were professional, friendly, and attentive, making the stay feel very welcoming. The hotel has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from the Old Town—or only a few euros by Uber. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return"

The location is just far enough from the "touristy" chaos, and close enough to still be very convenient for quick transit access. There are multiple grocery stores and public transport within a block, which was awesome for my needs. I would 100% stay again when I return to Vienna."

"Ideal place to stay if you have an early flight. You can walk from the hotel to the terminal in 10-15 mins using the underground walkway. Very fast service, very clean and neat hotel. I will be back."
