"We have stayed at BW PLUS in St George. Loved it. This one was a completely different experience. Air conditioning kept us up. Pool is very minimal. Breakfast was just minimal compared to St George hotel. Will not be staying at this location again."

"Clean room. Loved the pictures of “olden days” decor. I was surprised at the unfriendly lobby staff (as if you were bothering them). Unfortunately, it’s location is in a heavy industrial area and the surrounding area is under construction of new roads/growing community. Most likely all will improve when construction is completed."

"To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. Good thing I always bring my own cleaning supplies! The bed itself seemed to be fairly clean but considering...

"Filthy room, surprisingly the beds were ok,. Breakfast was ok, small area and crowded. Muffins, slices of breaad and some fruit. Shady guests, even neighbors with two large dogs staying next door. Good location, but will not stay again."

"They were remodeling the hotel at the time I visited. They had construction signs up and construction workers. The complementary breakfast wasn’t very good. They did not have decaf coffee. The room that we stayed in was decent for the price. The kitchen was a little rundown and didn’t have enough tools for cooking."

"Don’t book here. Its not a real hotel its a privately owned floor in the MGM Signature. On arrival nobody knew anything about my reservation. Had to rebook elsewhere."

"It was horrible, right outside our window. There was massive construction going on with the baseball stadium. We will not stay there again, it was a horrible situation, I can’t count on my hand how many different companies own this hotel, it hasn’t been renovated since 1991, Hooters has been out of this hotel for six years and they’re still advertisements and everything all over the hotel furniture in the room that say heaters on them, there’s no air-conditioning in any of the elevator hallways...

"You may want to buy toilet paper. 2.5 rolls for 1 week for 4 people? Not good. The hide-a-bed mattress was horrible, so I bought an air mattress. Not enough extra blankets for the hide-a-bed. The master bed was definitely firm. The rest was good. Very quiet and the blackout curtains were great. Big kitchen, a keurig and a coffee maker. "

"I did not like the fact of no having hand soap and bodywash dispensers in the bathroom. We were two adults and two kids. We just had two little soap bars. Also, we just had two big towers and four little ones, and when we asked for two more towers they gave more little towers instead."

"I booked a room at this place and upon arriving I couldn't contact host in any shape or form, no though messages or phone, I could never go inside room since host NEVER contact me for instructions, I called my bank immediately to CANCEL ANY PAYMENT. 3 days later and host never return any of my messages or calls. DON'T BOOK AT THIS PLACE, you been WARNED!"
