"In the small town, hotel is found in an alley. There is a stone walkway up but sometimes the receptionist is in and out of the office, so just give it a minute before they show up again. did not get to try the breakfast, but it was complementary disappointed that I didn’t. Walls are paper thin but room is clean and the train is a 10 minute walk down the street along with everything else. Very great location."

"Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley."

"Wow I don’t even know where to start. Jorge was an incredible host! You walked into his establishment and immediately felt at home. Jorge adopted you as family right then. He was attentive to requests, ensured easy taxi pick up/drop off, made sure your stay was comfortable. Breakfast was provided and everything was fresh! Eggs made to order, fruit sliced that morning. "We had an amazing stay in Ollantaytambo. The staff were incredible. The property is located a few minutes walk from the plaza and there is almost no noise from the street. Secluded with great views of ruins and the surrounding valley. Would absolutely stay again if back in Ollantaytambo."

"Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!"

"The entire stay was great: the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. My only complaint was there was no shelf or counter space in the bathroom so my toiletries. Not even towel hooks or toilet paper roll hooks. Hotel did not provide shampoo or shower body wash either, so I had to place all my soaps in the floor. Please provide shelf and counter space in the bathroom. This was a major inconvenience."
