"Wouldn’t know specifically emailed the facility in advance to verify we could check in after midnight due to our flight times. Got there to check in at 3:45 am and was told after midnight we are late, no check in after midnight and no refunds. But if I wanted I could pay another $250 to sleep from 3:45 am to 10 am?!?!? WHAT?!? So essentially $500 for 6 hours. Unacceptable. Side note the guys who kept driving us back and forth from the airport to the hotel were fantastic."

"We've stayed here many times and have noticed the hotel is starting to show wear and tear from the transient workers. Having grown up in the area, we refuse to pay a lot of money to stay in Monaca/Center Township, PA. We pulled in and two huge men (workers) were hanging out in the main entrance. Then, only one of our two keys worked despite three tips back and forth to try and fix it (battery needed changed). Then, there was only one tiny soap for two adults, staying two nights.
