"The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs."

"This is the 2nd time I have booked a room at this location. Both times they didn't have the room I reserved blaming it on the booking site. I requested king size smoking and didn't get the room either booking."

"We were in Columbus for the car auction. The hotel room and hotel property was filthy. There were no towels. There was no pool. There was no breakfast. The property had overflowing garbage containers, animal excrement was piled in the common areas, x-rated toys were laying around in the walkways. If it wasn’t so disgusting I would have taken pictures. The front desk staff was indifferent, noncommittal, barely spoke English. We just wanted to GET OUT OF THERE! I have stayed at hotels...

"Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight"

"I went to 3 different rooms then returned to stay in the 2nd one even though the tub was disgusting so didn't use it. The 1st room was not cleaned from previous renter. The 3rd room TV didn't work, only 1 light & snelled smoky. The name did not fit the dirty hotel."

"Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever"
