"The property is dated, the grounds are well kept and the pool is inviting but very very cold. I was the only guest in the hotel. I booked online with no issue but when I checked in the owner insisted on cash only. I had the cash but not what I was expecting. There was not hot water to shower with. The bed is very old and uncomfortable you can feel every spring in the mattress. I would not recommend this hotel. "

I had booked a room with pool view, however at check in I was given a room with no windows and reception/management made no efforts to try and change it. I tried to contact management and they replied the room I was given was fine ( please note the only opening was towards the corridor). They did not even tried to apologise. "部屋のエアコンが壊れてたため一泊3万円ほどするスイートにしてもらった。 けど、1日に1回部屋の水道から泥水が出てきて歯磨きとか、洗顔が怖くて出来なかった。 部屋のシャワーの水圧が弱かった。 ユニットバスだったけどバスタブがなかったため、結構不便だった。 冷蔵庫がちっちゃくてあまり入らなかった。自腹で3万円払ってたら結構がっかり。 Eバイクが借りれて便利でした。 ホテルのスタッフもいい人達で、朝ごはんがとっても美味しかった。 ホテル自体は微妙だったけどスタッフがとても良かった！"
