"This was a hidden gem that we were lucky to come across. Very clean and updated property. The pool and river access were a great perk. The full bar and food were great. We will be booking again."

"The building requires some maintenance. My room lacked a microwave, and I the tv was kind of outdated. But everything was pleasantly clean. Staff was very helpful. Overall everything was pretty good compared to other similar hotels with the same pricing. If I ever come back to New Braunfuls I'd pick to stay here again."

"The lawn and landscaping needed tending to, pet friendly facility, but no where to take my dog to go to the bathroom safely. Hallway carpets looked like there had been water and looked grossly stained."

"Don't stay here. Horrible customer service. There for 6 days, and nobody came to clean the room. Under the beds were filthy. Sheets were stained."

"The hotel itself is great! Very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark and ac worked perfectly! Great water pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was average. Plenty of parking spaces available. The construction on I35 is a nightmare."

"All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back."

"Staff were quite helpful, the 2nd room was pleasant, everything worked in it, the first room we tried(accessibility room) was run down and dirty and had a smell but the staff allowed us to change which was fantastic. An elevator, the washer and two ice machines were broken though and only the elevator was fixed during the stay. The breakfast was a bit better than expected which was pleasant. For the price we got the value was good. Would recommend."

"The least expensive room I've paid for in years. And it wasn't bad at all. They just need a detail oriented proactive manager. Nothing really wrong, just a bunch of little things need detail work."

"Staff was nice. Rooms were pretty worn. Torn fabric on chair. Had to ask for a do not disturb sign at front desk. Elevator needed cleaning, food crumbles on floor and were still there the next day. "
