"The hotel is not well maintained. There is a strong odor coming from the pipes in the toilet . Which signifies old toilet that has a plumbing issue . The toilet was clean but that odor drives us crazy . The carpet is clean but old needs to be changed . I don’t like mirror all over the bed side, it’s old model. They need to upgrade the design in the room. We could not take pictures in the room without the mirror reflecting . I rate it 3/5"

"Staff did not attempt to replace or fix the non-functioning refrigerator in my room for two days despite multiple requests. Otherwise — good spot for families (I’m traveling alone however). Restaurant was quite good. Cappuccino around the clock was great. Room was fine."

"Shame on Wyndham for allowing this hotel to be associated with the chain. It’s a two story hotel that has no elevator. The hotel is old and it definitely shows. Only one of two ice machines worked and my room smelled of old cigarette smoke. However, in all fairness, my room was clean along with the bathroom. My stay was for one night but I would not book this hotel again and I cannot recommend it."
