"I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!"

"My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible.
