"An incredible place to stay!! The staff were so lovely and attentive to everything we needed and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The lobby/dining area was also lovely and the food was great too! The only slight downside was there is construction happening nearby so it's a little noisy but there is construction around lots of the villas in Bali and only happens during working hours. Overall loved it and would definitely come back here! "

Alle bungalows har en privat lille have og terrasse og er skilt af med en tætte palme hegn, så de opleves meget privat. Dejlig terrasse med lille pool og udsigt over havet og solnedgang. "Booked two rooms for our family trip, one was the 2 bedroom ocean view, the other one was king bed ocean view. The 2 bedroom was wonderful, with good view of the ocean despite being farther away than the main Ayana hotel. Our king bed ocean view, however, was very disappointing. Half of our view was another room's corridor, and the rest seems so far from the ocean. Was very disappointed in that.

"Excellent resort, not a lot to complain about on site, but it may not be what you're looking for if you plan on going around visiting Bali. It's a little out of the way and traffic is pretty atrocious unless you're heading out early in the morning (before 11 AM).
My visit was for an event and it ended up being difficult every time we needed to head out. Calling for a ride can take quite some time, and going anywhere required at least 40 minutes to an hour.

"i was disappointed with the service start from check in. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. I was so upset because we are very tired. we fly in from melbourne, in which we have to wake up at 3am in the morning. Then we settle for a not so good room, and it was noisy, near construction side. Another event that happen is that the room was supposed to be cleaned when we lelt for lunch, but when we came back at 4,30pm, it was not cleaned at all. I was upset again. The room has alot of mosquitoes, I have so many mosquitoes bites. The breakfast was not great at all. For a Aud600/night this hotel is a rip off. Not worth at all and I would not recommend it. This the worst hotel that I ever stayed"
