"Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

"Staff was really good and supportive. Romms were good for the price you are paying for. Overall nice stay. We left something in the hotel room after checkout and later called the hotel and staff was good enough that they kept the stuff and returned once I arrived again."

"The sheets were dirty. We found several long black strands of hair in the bed along with what looked like blood and rust stains... I would suggest bringing your own bedding or staying elsewhere. We asked for new bedding which we got, but those weren't much better."

"Very easy check in, nice people as well. We got in around midnight and they asked if we wanted to extend our stay an extra hour for free, also have me a free toothbrush and toothpaste when I forgot. Breakfast is hearty and great for kids. Only negative was pool was closed in the morning."

"Our room had sand between the 1 beds and wall or paint chips scattered by the window. Also the toilet paper is behind and under the sink which was impossible to use."

"The bathroom was smelly and not properly cleaned. Water pressure was very low in the shower and there was no hot water. We didn't ask for help since it was 5 am and needed to head out early."

"Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed."

"Stayed about 10 minutes. Lady actually was nice enough but the room and overall property are not good. The room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. Lady offered us a chance to look at a different room but we left."
