The property was very convenient and close to a the amenities and places to visit! Room 308 is very noisy with the ice maker dropping ice and banging The street noise is very loud and the air-conditioning was also very loud. If you are going to stay here, I would ask for the 9t or 10th floor facing canal street instead..

Loved that I was on the 10th floor. Hotel had all the essential amenities. The staff was amazing and the hotel was withing walking distance to all the attractions.

Overall, staff were pretty great, everything else was meh. Not the stay I was expecting. Everyone raved about a fabulous breakfast and it was barely above basic. They had scrambled eggs and sausages, oatmeal and grits, juices and coffees, and some breads. No pancakes or waffles. I don't know why everyone thought this breakfast was amazing because I was unimpressed. The hotel room was nice but needed a deep clean. The floor had debris all over it and it's like the corners of the room had never been touched. Glad I brought sandals to wear inside. The door barely latched because something in the door itself on the handle was broken, so I had to like shake it to get it to latch shut. I told the front desk but they said nothing could be done about it until tomorrow. The front desk checking in and during the night we're both super friendly and helpful! Really appreciated them! Everything else was just basic. In regards to parking, I parked at the "Public" parking garage just kitty corner to the hotel. I think it's the garage used by the valet service for the Sheraton hotel. I paid $45 on my phone for 24 hours of parking. Really small space parking garage but it got the job done. Definitely anything bigger than a SUV or a minivan would have a difficult time in the garage. Don't recommend suburbans or big vans. The ceilings are low and the turns are super tight and the spaces are small.

The gentleman when we checked in was super helpful. Checking out was a different story. Got locked out. Went down, came back up and key card was still not working. I was upset cause I already knew what time is of the essence and I only had one hour both of us to hurry up and get ready and get out of there. Let’s go get a car and that took like 20 minutes of my time since I’m up on the ninth floor I had to go back down. I was like trying to get her attention at the front desk and she’s talking to another worker from the breakfast area taking her food order and I’m like hello you’re wasting my time like and then yeah of course I got out of there like a few minutes lateZ Why do I have to pay for the late fee when t like when I asked like twice for the keys to unlock?

Room wasnt super clean. There was dust on the curtains and the restroom had black mold on the corners. For the price I can't complain.

Room was clean, in good shape with nice bathroom, toiletries, coffee and tea, and a nice tv. View from window was underwhelming. The breakfast was quite possibly the worst I've had at a Best Western -:which usually is one of the best for this level of hotel. The eggs were tasteless and watery, the turkey sausage devoid of any flavor, the apples and oranges not fresh and I'm still trying to figure out how the toast gets toasted! I have food allergies and the sort of cook lady couldn't even tell me if the eggs were made with milk (meaning they were not cooked on site). The front desk was flat out rude to me - even after I pre checked in before arriving (which it turns out is totally useless according to the guy at the check in desk.

The staff were all very nice. Breakfast had a good variety. Parking was crap. The spaces were so close together abd the 2 on either side parked over the lines which caused us to park crooked.

Perfect location, spacious and clean rooms, welcoming staff. As far as i am concerned check in is a bit late (should be at least at 2.00pm.... 4.00pm is a bit late). Breakfast could be improved with more choice.

Yes, pet friendly. The staff was exceptional! They were kind, and very helpful! The ONLY reason that I didn't give 5 stars for over all was the fact that it was "Spring Break" and the staff couldn't help if the college kids were loud or not and the city was very noisy til the wee hours of the next morning. Of course, that's what makes New Orleans the great city that it is - just aggravating when you're no longer young and wanted to sleep.

Staff was good. Cleanliness was OK. Noise in rhe room during the night. Could hear the noise from neghbour room and also AC noise was loud. No usb charger in the room.
