The staff was rude and unprofessional! The tv and lights were not working. The door wouldn't close. The front desk clerk was impatient and disregarded my needs. He sent a handy man to help, the handy man had been drinking. Stormed out of the room , while trying to fix the Tv. They both said this what I should expect in a cheap hotel! Needless to say, I felt unsafe and terrified .I asked the front desk clerk to return my deposit! He refused! This was a horrific experience!

The room itself was fine: nice, clean, spacious. However, one bedside table, lamp and floor lamp couldn’t even be plugged in because there was no outlet to be reached. And the safety lock on their door was broken so no safety. Additionally, their continental breakfast was a bust because there was “no power”. Convenient considering there was power everywhere else. As a side note, they charge a $50 refundable deposit which isn’t mentioned anywhere.

The beds are okay to sleep in, well the sheets, the shower curtains had dried blood stains, there were dead roaches in the room, one of the painting fell on us while sleeping. My keep was not working the next morning when I was going back to the room, went to the lobby multiple times, on the last attempt the man said that he would come & open the door, he never came! We just left. You get cereal & waffles for breakfast as well LOL
