Out of two elevators, one was working making going in and out a time consuming. One clean towel for a 3 day stay, not made service for the stay. Filty elevator, hall way, stairs, parking lot. I was charged 12 dollars per day for parking. Found bugs in restroom. Inaccurate pictures.

Aside from being run-down and dysfunctional, this hotel was not prepared to handle the influx of guests during Mardi Gras season. Would not recommend to anybody, even if traveling on a budget. Immediately, an odor was present in the lobby upon checking in. After coughing up a whopping $12/day for unprotected parking and walking past the (closed) swimming pool, you and your luggage can spend ten minutes waiting for the only functional elevator to open its doors. The hallways are dark, damp, and smelly - just like the rooms. Immediately on entering the room, an old, red stain was front and center in the middle of the carpet. An electrical outlet was falling out of the wall directly next to the beds. The smoke detector was gone, and a ball of wires protruded from the wall instead. In the bathroom, one single bath and hand towel lay on the rack for a room that sleeps four. The bathtub was filled with water from a dripping faucet that had been forgotten about. Dirt stains and cracks lined the bottom of the tub. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of standard housekeeping materials. The hotel ran out of towels, blankets, and pillows early on due to high capacity. No reasonable alternatives were offered to any guests for the inconveniences.

only reason I give it to stars is cut the staff was nice other than that room was terrible only two power outlets and they're not right next to the bed so bring a Long charger my AC did not work shower body wash was empty halfway clean and did I mention my AC did not work

The room was ok. The bathroom was discussing…tub was very very old and mould was visible on and under the soap dish…cleaning at least needs to be addressed and it needs updated for sure…

When I checked in the room had an odor. I requested air refresher. There was no shower gel in the dispenser. It took two days to get housekeeping services after three different requests. The noise from neighboring guests went on all night. There is no airport shuttle. The phone was not working in my room.

Parking is to be paid separately, not even 1 parking space for a room. Staff has terrible, ghetto attitudes. One small elevator out of 2 work, which it can barely fit 4 people in. Buttons on the elevator didn’t light up to know if they were working. Half the lights in the room did not work. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping man came busting up in the room early in the morning while us females were sleeping to get towels, were told they would be bringing more and never did. When asked later about towels to shower to begin our day, we were told “they still washing”?!?! Not to mention when we had asked for more the day before we were told “we don’t got nun.” The hallway constantly smells like weed, so I’m sure they make a killing off of that $500 fee for smoking or vaping in rooms. Only seen 2 roaches the whole stay. Pathetic service, do not recommend staying here and I will definitely not be staying at another one of the La Quintas again.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had! This place is dirty. My room only had half a roll of toilet paper. One towel. 2 pillows with no pillow cases. Bathtub was dirty. Made multiple attempts to obtain towels and the response was the towels were being washed. Phone did not work! It smells like smoke and mold. The breakfast was terrible and very limited. With the exception of the staffs pleasantry even though my requests were not met. This place is overall terrible. Trying to get a refund is more challenging than pulling a wisdom teeth. Supposedly, the manager is never available to approve any refunds. I would not recommend this place to the worse of the worse of enemy in which I don't not have!!! This is not the end. This matter will go as far they wish. Good luck if you wish to check-in into this hell hole!

This place needs some love!!! Front desk staff was great. Inform us at check in with everything we needed. The room and hotel needs some love. Not sure if its lack of housekeeping staff or care, but there is no care given to this place. My room had stains on the carpet and curtains. There was wet spots in the carpets. The bathroom only had one towel, ONE TOWEL in a double room. The tub didn't drain properly, so you are taking a bath with your shower. Also they have bugs. I wont even start with cleaning.

When I saw the price of the Hotel, I thought that I have had an excellent deal because all the La quinta hotels I have visited before were excellent quality. But, Everything was in bad condition. First: The Elevator was Broken and I was with a disable person with me, I had to walk up stairs to go to the room. Second: although we were two people, in the bathroom only had 1 towel and not soap. In addition, were a bug in the bathtub. Third: at the floor there was minimum 3 dogs barking all night long. Four: the dining room was extremely cold without heat, with a temperature of 27 degrees. At the moment we go to breakfast at 7:30 am there were no more food only coffee and a juice. The personal look like they don’t care about everything. I lost my card reasons because I couldn’t leave that hotel immediately. That hotel need to be closed. Because according that reputation that La quinta hotel have this is a real disaster.

One towel per room. Could not provide another towel, and I had my young daughter with me. We shared. My whole floor smelled of smoke and weed. The bath tub had dirt and feet prints still in it. The bed had a variety of hair (seemingly not from the same person) all on the pillow and sheets. I typically don't complain, but when I was told I could not have a towel, and I had to share one...and the feet prints in the tub. I just wanted to warn others. The front desk staff were sort of nice, though.

The room was not fully cleaned and had old dried tooth paste on the Kleenex holder. There was a towel rack broken with old pueces left on wall and the just place another right above it. The breakfast was awful only good thing was the boiled eggs and toast. I gave it 2 stars because the bed linen was clean and the tv was a good size. This place is good if you on a budget and staying a couple nights and then leaving

Don't expect a typical hotel look. Looks more like an older office building butttt the property was clean, staff was helpful and nice, breakfast was good and hot! No complaints and enjoyed my stay.
