The staff were very hospitable and the concierge knowledge of the best restaurants and attractions made my stay even more enjoyable. Love the hotel’s location was able to walk to all the attractions and the super dome. The bar is a vibe all by itself, great drinks and music. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was perfect. The staff was great, especially the bartender. The price paid was another plus. The downside was cleaning the room every three days, only one elevator was working. This made the weight long.

For New Orleans - it is a okay hotel. No hotels in New Orleans downtown are exceptional. The doorknob was missing off bathroom door, Air conditioner condensation flooded the floor in the corner (drain must be plugged). Upside - no bedbugs. Hotel bartender was wonderful and friendly.

Clean rooms, decent service, paid parking, and a breakfast with limited options—though it gets the job done. The hotel's highlight is its location: very close to Bourbon Street, yet away from all the chaos. There are several excellent coffee shops on the same street, and it’s also close to bus and streetcar stops. I would easily stay here again.
