There is a store right at the entrance that’s convenient. The security gate makes you feel real secure. Comfy.

Not a bad place to stay on the cheap. The parking lot is gated. There are lot lizards asking for rides. Be careful. Check-in guys was awesome. Very friendly and was very joyous. Remote control batteries were bad. He provided a replacement remote that worked. Shower was a bit cold but it was a cheap place to stay near the French quarters.

The area where it is located is very dangerous, but the facilities and cleanliness were excellent.

Towels had Long knotted hairs attached to them and not washed well at all, and shower didn't work. I literally had to take a bird bath. When price gauging occurs, the company doing it, should make sure it's worth the price at least.

Positives are the room was clean and looked re-done. Front desk guy is super nice. Negstives-no t.v. Nx no internet We could never get the password to work and the tvs seemed to be an ongoing problem with other guests. Is in a sketch area but is fenced with key card entry. Waa there during Mardi Gras' busiest weekend so this was a last minute booking as everything was already booked. Would not stay in axrefular situation but if youre not going to be in your room and goong wothout internet and tv works, then this is your place

Room was mostly clean and updated, it’s a simple remodeled motel (with an RV park attached), gated, and was perfect for what we needed! 8.5/10 for a dirty shower curtain and the fact that it’s just a simple, cheap motel. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Shady area. Though they protected the area with automated gate and fench, i won't stay there 2nd time. Also, hotel service was just ok. Didn't provided any handwash. Just some cheap soap.

This hotel was actually pretty great. I booked through an online service and when we got there we were super sketched on the location. It’s ROUGH, but it was too late to cancel and get refunded so we decided to stay. We found out afterwards that the location is a well known ho stroll but we don’t shame people for tryin to eat. We checked in and the guy at the counter was friendly but not overly and maybe slightly curt but not rude at all. He explained how the shower worked and there’s a photo of the faucet with instructions posted right there at the counter for visual aid. The parking lot was super clean and not full of hoopties or trash. We actually didn’t see anyone else there while we were on premise except the maintenance man the day we left. The room was super clean. The floors were new as were the “sink” area. Tv worked and the remote did too. The bed sheets were ‘clean’ sans hair or fresh stains but definitely “well loved”. We always immediately check for bedbugs and remove the bedspread and our room passed the ‘ick’ test. Check in and check out we’re super easy. The check out guy was friendly but professional. We were told by an Uber driver that the hotel is a safe place to leave our car and stay but don’t go wandering the sidewalks. The store in front of the hotel has some pretty tasty food too. They also have an RV part inside the electronic gate so that’s an option too if you want to bring one and not risk your sh*t getting jacked. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I love this hotel newly renovated and absolutely beautiful and well kept, you can tell the owners employees and staff take a lot of pride in this property.. honestly a gem in the area. Personally my favorite property to stay in new orleans.
