Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
The hotel is pretty dirty. A lot of homeless and drug attics out side that walk up on you. Hotel had tons of stains and musty smell. Filled with drunk kids, fire alarm pulled at 2am -had to go out back stairs in my pajamas where rats ran at us and then had to walk around block in pajamas
