"Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!"

"This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams). We were also charged for data usage which we were not informed of being charged. There a 2 other hotels in the area that we had better experiences. Therefore, we will...

"The rooms are fantastic and feel more like a mini-suite: having a sink, microwave, and fridge makes it easy to settle in (especially for longer stays). The bathroom also has proper ventilation, which might sound small, but it’s a huge plus. I also appreciated the lounging options in the room — it’s not just a bed and a chair, you can actually relax. "Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. "

"On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!"
