"Convenient for eating in Richmond.
The showers are not very safe for elderly parents. It's a bit slippery with not a lot of ways to stabilize in shower.
The free coffee machine was great. Staff were nice and helpful.
Everything was a bit outdated. Some switches and lights were old and didn't work."

"I really loved staying here. The hotel is centrally located and so cute! Definitely a lot of vintage character here. You can’t beat free parking, either.
I am from a big city, so I am used to the quirks of a downtown area, so removing my valuables from my car did not phase me.
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and I greatly appreciated my check-in gift!
Overall, I would stay here again and probably will make this my regular spot for visits to Vancouver."
