I arrived in the early hours of the morning, front desk were helpful when I requested a change of room and were attentive. Room and bathroom clean, bed comfy. Close to train stations and tourist sights.
Great location as it was close to subways, tourist attractions and food outlets. Room size limited but you don't spend a lot of time in it anyway. Comfortable beds!
Nice location for walking. Room/bath was very, very clean and updated. Not too small. Comfy bed. Good heat/ac. Lovely staff. Fast roomy elevator.
11th floor was a bit loud.
Hallway carpets were pretty trashed.
Great place to stay. Room was small but this is NYC and that should be expected. One area for improvement would be adding a mini fridge to the room. There is also no closet so pack light. The room was clean, the hotel was well appointed and the staff was friendly. Bed is very comfy!
The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room service was also top-notch. However, I had a few complaints. The elevators were incredibly slow, and during check-out, none of the front desk staff were at their desks. No one contacted them or located us. I waited for 20 minutes to get checked out, which affected my flight back home and Uber, which I was very mad about.
Room was very small ….. jail cell small. The beds are bunk bed (Bottom- full/Top-twin).
No where to sit and eat. No microwave or sink to wash your hands after you get to your hotel room to eat…. No kitchenette’s amenities. AC gets very cold or maybe because the room is very small it gets very cold right away. No WiFi you gotta pay, but hotel WiFi is decent speed. Bathroom door you gotta push it in or jam a between the cracks so it can hold otherwise the door open and because the rooms are very small you can hear when someone is in the bathroom and smell it too. Rated 3/5 because of the bed comfort very comfy.
The bed should have a box spring under it you can feel the wooden platform

Room was ridiculously small and the air conditioner kept kicking the heater on when set at 72 degrees which made our stay very uncomfortable. Needless to say we were sweating all night! Couldn’t wait to leave to get some fresh air.
The hotel was in a good location for us because we were using public transportation out of Grand Central and Penn Station. Midtown can be very touristy but also put us in a central location to get to other parts of the city. The room was extremely small so don't expect to spend a lot of time there. It worked for us because we really just needed a place to put our bags and sleep at night.
Honestly this hotel is a hidden gem.
We truly had an amazing stay. I will say the rooms are small but truthfully who spends a lot a time in their hotel room other than to sleep, shower and occasional Power Nap. I will say I wish the rooms had better lighting.
