"The property was dated and not super clean but we had a great time in the pool and rooftop deck. Housekeeping came in everyday to refresh the room, which looked way better than when we first checked in. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Much better than the reviews I read. I almost cancelled before our trip, overall we were happy with our stay."
"I enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean, beautiful and well maintained. I had a bad experience with a night check in person that was rude and unpleasant other than that I had no issues with anyone else or anything. Other than that one issue, I enjoyed my stay."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was amazing and very clean. One thing though, there is a resort fee per day that you will pay upon check out. The ask for a card for a deposit (that you get back). Once you check out you will get the deposit back minus the resort fee charges."
