The staff were all very nice but the housekeeping was inconsistent on leaving towels and wash cloths. The property is undergoing construction so the outside front was rather cramped with people evading scaffolding. We would stay there again.

Fine hotel, the only issue I had is that when I checked in I gave them my credit card for incidentals and then a few days later I came home late one night tired and forgot me myself locked out of my room because they made some mistake with my card which took way too long to rectify - just wanted to go to bed not be treated poorly. They could have left a note under my door mentioning that they needed my card again
