"Our stay was a mixed experience. The location was excellent and very convenient, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
However, the room could have been much better maintained. The bedroom was dusty, one of the bedsheets had a hole in it, and the bathroom felt dated. The bathtub also had visible stains, which made it seem less clean.
We were also disappointed that the TV could not connect to the internet, so streaming services like Netflix were unavailable. When we contacted the help desk, we were told that their internet provider was experiencing issues and there was no alternative way to access streaming."
