"The shaker museum is a great stay. It is SO reasonably priced for how nice the rooms are. The linens are all clean, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is helpful and kind. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want an affordable, safe, comfortable, and clean place to stay. It’s also great obviously for a history buff as there is so much to learn about the Shakers. We will definitely be returning next year. The staff is excellent- I forgot my AirPods in the room after checking out and they were mailed to me. I can’t recommend the shaker museum more!"

"If you are looking for a quiet stay in the middle of the NH Lake Sunapee region, this is your place. From the moment we stepped into the Inn to the time we left, it was a great experience. The game closet was full with fun games and the other guests we met were great to hang out with. No TV made everyone actually talk to each other and learn about each other. The chairs by the lake are great for that afternoon nap or just watch nature and read a book. The room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. As someone with a bad back, this was huge! This is on our "we will return" list for places to stay!"

"My room was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave. The only thing that I would have liked to have was a robe hook on the bathroom door. Other than that it was perfect !"
