"From checkin to checkout, our stay at QT Newcastle was excellent. Staff were helpful and communicative, the room was perfect for us, location amazing (close to shops, cafes, harbour etc.). We had drinks at the rooftop bar and watched the sunset over the city. Will definitely be back."

"Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again."

"The lighting in rooms, shower rooms and Bathrooms(shared with Everyone) can be little bit brighter, it was bit scary to go by myself at night though, except that Everything was great for the price. Absolutely affordable. The amenities as shampoo and Conditioner were great."
