Friendly and welcoming

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - especially the ladies on the front desk. Felt really well looked after and really appreciated the early breakfast which they had put on especially for the GNR runners. Thank you! Room was clean and well equipped and it was nice to be able to use the leisure facilities too.

This is a nice hotel in a good location, however the breakfast is not great for the price charged - hot food is not as hot as it should be, and over done.

Hotel has no curb appeal but once inside it is very pleasing. Rooms are cosy with nice beds. The pool and sauna is a bonus. Staff were all very helpful. The only downside was the breakfast, the fried eggs were like rubber!

Hotel rooms are extremely old. Stains on all walls. Beds are older than me. The service is good. No cental heating or air con. Surprised at the price is the charge per rooms for what they offer.
