The staff could not be more awesome and friendly. Great for long stay for us. For perfection: Darkened curtains (Bright Sun wakes you when you want to sleep in) and it will be great when construction is done next door, loud...starting at 0700. This place was great for temp housing

Parking was easy, room was clean, lots of food nearby. The man who checked us in was very friendly, some of the other staff weren’t as friendly but no one was rude.

The bath linens were not cleaned properly and also there was no tissue or even an ironing board available in the room, No Ice was available. The service was not good for the price of the hotel. I was not comfortable and was not happy with the hotel accommodations. The stay was not good for me.

We spent nearly a week here. We aren't too picky, especially since we mostly need a comfortable place to rest while we are getting a house ready to sell. We smelled a lot of weed and other people's cooking. There were also a few times when people yelled a lot in their room or in the parking lot.

All brand new and very good. Check in host was outstanding. My only reservation about the place is that it’s also and extended stay. Didn’t realize that. That means other people live there, so it was kinda weird. It’s close to traffic that you can hear but it does get quiet late at night.

The room was missing so much, no iron, not enough towels, no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was not great and the bed frame was so cheap I felt like it would break with a simple movement. Keys kept not working and I had to go down 3 times to get them redone, pretty annoying.

They pick the doors after 9pm but didn’t have any signage telling me what to do. Finally got inside only to be given a key to an occupied room. Then got given a room in a “quiet area” but was next to a barking dog. This was all around 11:30pm. I had my 4 month old baby with me. I didn’t feel safe. This was clearly a hotel people actually live in, not just stay in. I ended up leaving and driving the 2 hours home instead of staying. While the girl at the desk was doing everything she could, it was an absolutely horrible experience.

Rooms were dirty and uninviting! Lobby decent, staff friendly but…In the room the floors were sticky, walls were dirty, no tv remote, no trash can, uncomfortable bed and pillows, blinds were broken causing street lights to shine in the room. Elevator had a strong chemical smell which made it intolerable to use. Not enough towels provided for the number of guests and the only way to receive more towels from the front desk was to bring them our used towels. No extras of any kind. Very disappointing and not worth $100 a night. Would not recommend!

The floors were sticky and obviously unswept or mopped. There was yelling and screaming by individuals in the hallway. The blinds on the first floor window were broken. I had to cover window myself for privacy as cars park right outside. I wouldn't stay here again.

They have long-term guests staying at the hotel. The elevator is very dirty and smells bad. When we were in the hallway, we could smell food cooking. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. The shower had very low water coming. I had to open the windows when I got into my room. The floor was dirty and sticky. The night staff was not nice and not helpful. Even my 12 y son was asking me to leave the hotel.

They have plenty of free parking, when I walked in to check in the front desk area smelled like Marijuana. The front desk staff were nice. The establishment was clean inside. The room was clean. The bed definitely needs an upgrade. The bed frame was a metal frame and the bed was a bit loud. They are located near a shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, smoothies etc etc… I wouldn’t stay there again but it is a good place to stay if you need a quick stop. It was quiet and accesible to shopping center.
