It was a nicely updated unit in a beautiful old Newport home. The location is a nice neighborhood, conveniently walkable to everything around. The management was very friendly and responsive. All in all, a wonderful stay — we absolutely plan to choose this place again when we’re next in Newport!

Our first time staying here and my hubby and I were very happy! Quaint room that was super clean and looked brand new! We loved having the fireplace on for the ambiance!! Definitely recommend this b & b

Room is big with high ceiling and beautifully decorated with comfortable bed, big tv, and ample closet space. Owner is very thoughtful and setup extra bed for daughter. A small kitchen with sink, microwave oven, refrigerator, and coffee machine sufficient for quick snacks. Property is close to mansions which was why we visited RI. I would bring my own towels next time.

Impeccable, quiet, very nicely decorated, you can tell that the owners put a lot of time and effort into this place, and do it with love. Breakfast was delicious, banana bread and nutty walnut cake baked inhouse, accompanied with beverages. 2 blocks from Cliff walk.

Loved it! Can't say enough good things about it. - Great location, nearby local dining options, room was super cute felt like home, owners were very welcoming, met some nice friendly neighbors, We toured all of New England and this was by far our favorite place we stayed!

Wonderful location that was very walkable to the wharf and shopping and dining areas. Lovely historical area. Very comfortable room. Only add would be a clothes hook on back of bathroom door. Would return.

We weren’t greeted on arrival, nor were we ever oriented about the facilities. The breakfast was barely a continental breakfast, grab’n go style, although GF pastries were provided (and I appreciate that). Housekeeping was by request. The room charge, given the service and lack of ambience, was unjustifiable.

Anniversary Getaway
This was a convenient location and the room exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the well stocked kitchenette, comfortable bed, soft towels, tv, decorations, and small table with comfortable chairs. We enjoyed all the sites in Newport close by during our stay.

Great communication and a great room. The TV emitted a high pitch, but we just unplugged it. The location is good and puts you between the Cliff Walk and downtown.

A wonderful unit on the 2nd floor. While the stairs were a challenge for me, I was able to navigate them. Everything was in walking distance for the most part. If I were to visit Newport again I would definitely book here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great location and beautiful old house in a lovely area. My only critique would be that breakfast was less than I expect for this price. Yogurt, fruit and homemade breads/cakes were offered in a no contact setting. Perhaps the no contact is a result of the pandemic- idk- but personally I expect a nice sit down breakfast.

Very charming property and room! We didn't meet any staff, but everything was well prepared and organized for our arrival/stay. Location is close to First Beach/Cliff Walk/Downtown. We would totally return!

Dog friendly and very comfortable
We always love staying here. So good that we can bring our dog as well. Very pretty rooms, quiet area, and close to most things. We used to love their hot breakfasts as well.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast!
This room was a delight. Check-in was remarkably easy. My keys were waiting for me when I got in with a cute not from the owner. The room was clean and spacious. The building was so quiet that we thought we might be the only ones. Quite literally everything that I could think of was available to us. This included snacks in the lobby, dog biscuits if we brought a pet, towels to borrow for the beach, aloe in case of a burn, everything we might need to cook. The list goes on and on. The owners checked in via text 3 times for a one night stay. A grab and go breakfast was set out the next morning. My husband and I both wished that our stay was longer. Would come again and again!!!

Overall I had a pleasant 4-night stay. The communication was contactless. I received texts regarding where my keys would be with an instruction sheet about my stay. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and I was happy to have a kitchenette. Downstairs there is no living room or dining room. All of the downstairs doors are closed. Breakfast is grab and go from 8:30 to 9:30. I would bring fruit to my room and have it for an earlier breakfast in my room the next day. If you need housekeeping you fill out a form and leave it in a jar downstairs. I think I met the innkeepers when they texted asking if they could store ice in my freezer, as their icemaker had broken. They were nice people, but what struck me during my stay is that no innkepeer introduced themselves and asked how my stay was. I'm a pretty private person but meeting the innkeepers and having a short interaction would have made a difference to me.

I was disappointed in the 'kitchenette' provided and the inability for ice and trash receptacles. The room was lovely, comfortable, and easily accessible. I wish there had been the ability to take a bath however it was only possible to take a shower. The full length mirror should be mounted higher as well. Knowing the buding didnt get locked at night was a little disconcerting and i would have appreciated an additional lock on my room's door. I cannot say if I'd recommend staying here or if I'd stay again.

A lovely place in excellent condition. The staff were attentive and accomodating. Easy bike to downtown. A walk takes longer but we’ll worth it through an idyllic neighborhood. This place is a hidden gem.

Lovely large rooms with updated decorating. Convenient location for restaurants and all the big famous homes. Breakfast was great, served on trays for each room with an egg dish, fruit, a variety of homemade sweet breads and more. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood to see beautiful large homes and shopping was not too far away. We ate at Flukes on the wharf which was outstanding.
