"The pool was so disgusting. It’s as mucky, and there was hair all over in the water and it wasn’t mine or my kids. None of the ice vending machines worked except on the 1st floor. We had the noisiest neighbors and I tried calling the front desk 3 times and all it did was ring and ring, no one answered. Tried to call for extra towels and it just rang and rang.
