You may have us confused with another property. We offer valet parking to all of our registered guests. The parking is directly under our building. Guests not staying at the hotel are offered valet services or directed to the parking deck located one block from the hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to review and for speaking to us about the mattress pad. In the cleaning process your mattress pad along with one other guests were snagged. This is something our housekeeping team could not have seen when making your bed as the defect happened within an elastic component. By bringing this to our attention while you were here we were able to replace them so no future guests would be impacted.
