The property is very conveniently located and well maintained. I was worried since there is no front desk, but the employees were very communicative and even asked unprompted if we would like to check in early. The clubhouse and spa was also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a wedding in Newport over the weekend, and we had an unforgettable time! We appreciated having our own dedicated space to ourselves, and the bed size was perfect for the two of us. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed, and the room was well-maintained. If you are looking for a cottage fitting the summer or early-fall vibes, this place is perfect for you!

Cottages are fantastic..Ac works great..very clean. Pool was nice..walk 1000ft to the Vinyard for brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks..very convenient if you just want to unwind for a couple of days.

Cottage was super clean and nicely decorated. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely return. The location is perfect - 11 minutes to first beach and Newport. Close to Newport Vineyards. We had brunch and dinner at NV, food was delicious.

Every aspect of staying in motel from making a reservation, checking in, parking, moving bags, getting ice, watching TV, and making a cup of coffee is needlessly complicated and frustrating. Your website should warn potential customers that photo ID uploading is a requirement, maid service costs extra, and acceptance means that your email and phone (both text and voice) will be deluged.

Great hidden gem will be my new go to. Short ride or Uber to downtown Newport or the beaches. Much cleaner and larger than most accommodations on near Thames’s heated saltwater pool was a big hit with the kids
